Perfect location, bright room and amazingly nice staff, good bed. The staff did all they can for an amazing stay. Hotel was tidy. Breakfast was satisfactory, the best I had in Merida. The pool was excellent and the garden - beautiful.

Always neat place with delightfully helpful staff and marvellous location. I got free upgrade and loved it. The breakfast was good, had plenty of options. Easy check in and in general terrific service. I had a relaxing stay, thank you so much...

Facilities were clean, yet Wi-Fi signal was very weak.
